Freelance writer and editor and luxury/lifestyle PR specialist.

Writing about cars and travel began in 1999. Cosmopolitan was the entry title – girls and cars, road trips, adventures and beyond.  Since then I’ve driven to some of the most hospitable and inhospitable places on earth, from well-within the Arctic Circle, east to west across the northern tip of Australia and across the desert sands of Namibia. I’ve worked with numerous car brands, driven contrary old heaps, wallet-shrinking classics and supercars competing in events like the Mille Miglia in Italy.

I’ve edited and written supplements, features and interviews for many magazines and newspapers including Condé Nast Traveller, Vogue, Wall Street Journal and the Telegraph and spoken via radio and TV for the BBC, SKY and more.

I’ve also done time over the fence in PR, working for McLaren Automotive in luxury lifestyle communications and in 2018 I launched a private aviation client and their aircraft to the luxury media market in the UK.

I also do Voiceover work for clients including the Spanish Tourist Board with their Visit Spain campaign.

Traveling, exploring, wildlife conservation and being outdoors in wild places are my biggest passions. I’ve worked with Dr Laurie Marker and the Cheetah Conservation Fund in Namibia for many years and I’m always keen to talk or write about the cheetah’s fight for survival.  Same goes for rhinos, working with Helping Rhinos, a charity set up by Simon Jones in partnership with Ol Pejeta Conservancy in Kenya.  These animals don’t have a voice but we do.
